Shipping & Return Policy
POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

E.A Mattes fleece bandages are made of a high-quality double-layer EHQ fleece; this is manufactured for E.A Mattes in Europe according to particularly high quality standards.
The EHQ fleece is elastic, soft and hardwearing, it adapts perfectly to the horse's leg.
This fleece is also equipped with an anti-pilling effect, which prevents the formation of lint and knots and the leather patch with the E.A Mattes logo completes the high-quality bandages.
The bandages are approximately 3.5m long.
