POSTAGE & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be fulfilled same day if ordered before 12pm. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days (Normally the same or next day) if after 12pm. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this time period for any reason, we will contact the customers to notify of delays.
We use Australia Post as our primary carrier to all regions of Australia.
REFUNDS
You are able to return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer.
All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused. Any exchanges will be charged at our usual postage rates.
CLICK & COLLECT
If this product has a "Pick Up At Store" option, the order will normally be ready for pickup within 1 or 2 business days. The customer will be notified via email when their Click & Collect order is ready to pick up.

Charles Owen Halo Helmet - Innovation in Style and Technology
A stunning addition to the Charles Owen performance range, in celebration of our 110th anniversary. True innovation in style and technology makes Halo a real statement in the show ring. Comfort is prioritised with the unique 360° ventilation system under the halo ring and luxury padding. The unique Halo lattice harness has been designed to grip the occipital bone at the base of the skull, and self-adjusts to give a snug and secure fit for your ride. A wide peak (halo Luxe) is available to improve vision in all-weathers.
Three international safety standards - ASTM F1163-15, PAS015:2011, VG1 01-040 2014-12. Please specify liner sizer required at check out, helmets are small medium or large and come with a single size liner - for example a medium with a 56cm liner.
